Mushroom Galette

with oyster mushrooms, white mushrooms, onion, swiss cheese and thyme

1. Setup Preheat the oven to 425°F. Thinly slice the mushrooms and the onion. Remove the thyme leaves from the branches. Finely chop the garlic.
2. Cook the mushrooms Heat up a drizzle of oil and 1 tbsp. of butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the onion and the thyme for 3-4 minutes or until colored. Add salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms and the garlic and cook 5-6 minutes or until browned. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Roll the dough Roll the dough with the flour to make a large pizza. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
4. Garnish the dough Add the Swiss cheese to the center of the dough. Add the mushroom mixture on the cheese. Fold the edges of the dough over the mushrooms to make a galette. Brush the dough with a drizzle of oil. Bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes or until browned.
5. Plate your dish Serve the galette. Bon appétit!
