1. Setup
Place a baking tray into the oven and preheat to 425°F. Grate the Tomme aux fleurs. Slice the onion and place in a bowl with 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar. Finely chop the bacon and the thyme.
2. Roll the dough
Roll out the pizza dough onto a pinch of flour. Make one large pizza or two smaller ones. Transfer onto a piece of baking paper.
3. Make the pizza
Spread the sour cream onto the dough. Add all the other ingredients. Now place the baking paper with the pizza onto the hot baking tray and put it into the oven for around 10-12 minutes. Finish cooking for 1-2 minutes under the broiler.
4. Plate your dish
Add pepper and serve warm. Bon appétit!
