Thai creamy shrimp noodles

with red curry paste, tomatoes and coconut flakes

1. Cook the pasta Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta 8-10 minutes until tender. Drain.
2. Setup Chop the cilantro. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Slice the zucchini into short and thin strips or into small cubes. Peel the shrimp.
3. Cook the shrimp Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium high heat. Cook the shrimp 4-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Remove from the pan.
4. Start the broth Add the tomato and curry paste mix, tomatoes and the zucchini. Cook 2 minutes. Add the broth cube with 2 2P | 3 3P cups of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add the pasta Add the cream, shrimp and pasta and cook 2-3 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
6. Plate your dish Serve the noodles, shrimp and broth in a bowl. Garnish with cilantro and coconut flakes. Bon appétit!
