1. Prepare Ingredients and Sauce
Thinly slice green onion. Chop garlic. Drain shrimp and pat dry with paper towel. If desired, remove tails from shrimp and discard. Season well with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, combine sauce blend, 1/4 cup cold water and cornstarch.
2. Cook Shrimp
Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a large skillet over medium. Once hot, add shrimp and cook for 3–4 minutes, until pink, opaque and an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside on a plate.
3. Cook Stir Fry
Increase heat to medium-high and add 1 tbsp. oil if needed. Add carrot, cabbage, noodles and garlic and cook for 1–3 minutes, or until fragrant. Add shrimp, sesame oil, sambal oelek to taste and prepared sauce, tossing until evenly coated. Add 1 tbsp. water at a time until desired consistency is reached. Add green onion and toss to combine.
4. Serve
Divide stir fry evenly between serving bowls. Garnish with sesame blend and crispy onions. Enjoy!
