1. Setup
Separate a few cilantro leaves. Chop the rest of the cilantro and the ginger. Slice the cucumber and the watermelon radish.
2. Make the sauce
In a bowl, combine the ginger, the chopped cilantro, the sesame oil, the soy sauce, the juice of half a lime, the honey and 1 tsp of rice vinegar.
3. Coat the tuna
Place the sesame seeds in a bowl. Pat dry the pieces of tuna and coat in the sesame seeds, pressing firmly so that the sesame seeds adhere well to the fish.
4. Cook the tuna
In a skillet over high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Once the pan is very hot, cook the tuna steaks 2-3 minutes on each side.
5. Make the salad
In a bowl, combine the cucumbers, the watermelon radishes and the cilantro leaves. Add about 1 tbsp of the sauce and mix well.
6. Plate your dish
Serve the tuna with the salad and the rest of the sauce. Bon appétit!
