1. Setup
Finely chop the chocolate.
2. Make the french toast mix
In a bowl, mix the eggs with 120 2P | 180 3P ml of milk. In another bowl, place the graham crumbs and keep around 1 tbsp aside.
3. Cook the french toasts
In a pan over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp of butter. Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture then coat well in the graham crumbs. Press well so that the breadcrumbs adhere well. Cook the slices of bread for 2-3 minutes on each side.
4. Make the chocolate sauce
Bring a small pot of water to a simmer. Put the chocolate in a bowl and place on top of the pot to make a double boiler. Melt with 2 2P | 3 3P tbsp of the cream.
5. Make the whipped cream
In a bowl, whip the rest of the cream until stiff peaks form. Add the icing sugar and mix well.
6. Plate your dish
Top half of the french toast slices with the marshmallows and the chocolate sauce top with the another slice. Garnish with the whipped cream, a little chocolate sauce and the rest of the graham crumbs. Bon appétit!
