Smoked Salmon Toast

with garlic spinach, everything bagel spiced cream cheese and cucumber salsa

1. Setup Cut the cucumber and radish into small cubes. Chop the herbs and the garlic.
2. Cook the spinach Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the spinach for 1 minute. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Set aside.
3. Make the salsa Mix the cucumber with the radish and herbs in a bowl. Add a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.
4. Mix the cream cheese Mix the cream cheese with the spices to taste.
5. Plate your dish Toast the bread in a toaster. Spread the cream cheese and top with the spinach, smoked salmon and cucumber salsa. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bon appétit!
