Smoked Salmon Pizza

with cream cheese, capers and dill

1. Cook the pizza Preheat the oven to 425°F. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature. Roll the dough with the flour to desired thickness. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with a light drizzle of oil. Add salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. If the dough swells or air bubbles form, simply pierce it and flatten it.
2. Setup Thinly slice the shallot. Chop the capers and dill.
3. Pickle the shallot Put the shallot in a small saucepan with 1/4 cup of wine or cider vinegar, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1/4 cup of water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and let marinate. Drain before serving and cool under cold water if necessary.
4. Plate your dish Spread the cream cheese on the pizza. Garnish with the smoked salmon, capers, shallot and dill. Bon appétit!
