Smoked Salmon English Muffin

with cucumber, radish and hard boiled eggs and avocado and dill cream cheese

1. Setup Peel the cucumber completely to get ribbons. Slice the radish very thinly and put it in water to make it crunchier. Chop the dill. Slice the eggs. Place the eggs in a saucepan with boilling water and cook for 8 minutes. Drain then put in a bowl of cold water. Remove the shell form the eggs. Cut in half.
2. Mix the cream cheese Mix the cream cheese with the guacamole and 3/4 of the dill.
3. Plate your dish Toast the English muffins in the toaster. Top them with the cream cheese and all the other ingredients. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Add a drizzle of oil, to taste. Bon appétit!
