1. Setup
Chop the cabbage. Zest the lime and cut it in half. Chop the cilantro and the garlic. Remove the tail from the shrimps. In a bowl, mix the shrimps with the spices
, the garlic and 1 tbsp of olive oil.
2. Make the sauce
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, the mayonnaise, the lime zest, the lime juice and half of the cilantro .
3. Cook the shrimp
In a pan, on medium-high heat, add the shrimp. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
4. Make the coleslaw
Mix half of the sauce with the cabbage. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
5. Plate your dish
Heat the tortillas, if desired. Garnish the tortillas with the coleslaw, the shrimp, the rest of the sauce, the crumbled feta and the rest of the cilantro.
