1. Setup
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cut the peppers and the carrots into sticks. Thinly slice the green onions, the garlic and the ginger. Add the sugar to the sauce mixture.
2. Cook the noodles
Add the noodles to boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain.
3. Cook the shrimp
In a deep skillet, add a drizzle of oil. Sauté the shrimp on medium heat 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Remove the shrimp from the pan and reserve.
4. Cook the vegetables
In the same pan, saute the carrots and peppers for 3-4 minutes before adding back the cooked shrimp, the garlic and the ginger. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the noodles and the sauce
Add the noodles to the pan. Add the sauce and mix well. Garnish with the green onions.
6. Plate your dish
Serve the yakisoba shrimp noodles. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
