1. Setup
Chop the garlic and the green onions. Slice the bell pepper and the yellow onion. Pat dry the shrimps and remove tails if desired.
2. Cook the noodles
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain.
3. Cook the shrimp
In a pan over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the shrimp 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan. Reserve.
4. Cook the vegetables
In the same pan, add the onions and the red peppers. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, combine the ketchup, the sriracha, the garlic, the vinegar, the cornstarch, 60 2P | 90 3P ml of sugar and 60 2P | 90 3P ml of water. Mix well.
5. Assemble
In the same pan, add the sauce to the vegetables and bring to a boil. Return the shrimp and the noodles to the pan and mix well.
6. Plate your dish
Serve the noodles with shrimp and sweet and sour sauce. Garnish with the sesame seeds and the green onions. Bon appetit!
