2. Make the pancake batter Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with aluminium foil and oil it. Melt 2 2P | 3 3P tbsp of butter. In a bowl, mix the flour together with the baking powder, a pinch of salt and the sugar. Add the buttermilk and the butter. Mix.
3. Cook the pancake Spread the pancake batter on the sheet pan. Garnish with the chocolate chips. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
4. Setup Cut the apples into cubes. Peel and cut the kiwi into cubes.
5. Make the salad Mix the apples with the kiwi and the blueberry jam.
6. Plate your dish Serve the pancakes with the maple syrup and the fruit salad. Bon appétit!
