2. Setup
Thinly slice the tomato, lettuce, onion and seitan. Cut the cucumber into cubes.
3. Cook the Seitan
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the seitan slices with the souvlaki spices 2-3 minutes on each side until colored.
4. Plate your dish
Mix the lettuce with the cucumber, a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. Heat the pitas in the microwave for a few seconds to soften. Garnish with the seitan, tomato, onion and tzatziki. Serve the pitas with the salad. Bon appétit!
