1. Setup
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Chop the spinach, garlic and parsley. Remove the tails from the shrimp and drain them.
2. Roll the dough
Roll the dough with half of the flour to make a large pizza or smaller individual pizzas. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Mix the tomato paste with a drizzle of oil, a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper and spread it over the pizza dough.
3. Cook the shrimp
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic, half the parsley and the chili flakes to taste and cook 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Remove from the pan.
4. Make the cheese sauce
Add 1 2P | 2 3P tbsp of butter in the pan. When the butter is foamy, add the rest of the flour and mix. Add the milk and whisk until a smooth sauce is obtained. Add the spinach and cheese and mix. Add salt and pepper.
5. Assemble the pizza
Add the cheese sauce and shrimp on the pizza. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes.
6. Plate your dish
Serve the pizza and garnish with the rest of parsley. Bon appétit!
