with nori, cucumber, carrot, radish and spicy mayo

1. Adjust the steps of the recipe for your children To help your children get accustomed to new flavours and develop their tastebuds, it is possible to place everything in the centre of the table and let everyone make their own bowl. The maple syrup may help the kids start to love salmon!
2. Setup Bring a pot with 1.5 2P | 2 3P cups of water to a boil. Thinly slice the cucumber and the green onions. Cut the radishes and the carrot into thin strips. Cut the nori into pieces. Skin the salmon and cut the flesh into cubes.
3. Cook the rice Pour the rice in the boiling water, cover and cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes.
4. Cook the salmon Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook for 2 minutes. Add the maple syrup and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add some sesame seeds. Remove from the pan.
5. Make the sauce Add 2 to 3 tsbp of water to the spicy mayonnaise to make it thinner.
6. Plate your dish Place the rice in a bowl. Garnish with the salmon, vegetables, nori and spicy mayo. Bon appétit!
