1. Adjust the steps of the recipe for your children

2. Setup
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cut the **broccoli** into small pieces. Slice the **cherry tomatoes** in half. Slice the **cucumber**. Chop the **parsley**. Zest the **lemon**.
3. Cook the pasta
Blanch the **broccoli** in the water for __1-2 minutes__. Remove with a slotted spoon. Add the **pasta** to the boiling water and cook for __8-10 minutes__. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
4. Plate your dish
Mix the **pasta** with the **mayonnaise, vegetables, capers, arugula, parsley** and a drizzle of oil. Crumble the **feta** and the **hemp seeds** on the salad. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve and garnish with some **lemon juice and zest** to taste. Bon appétit!
