Prosciutto and Brie sandwich

1. Adjust the steps of the recipe for your children This sandwich can be big for kids. You could serve it on one slice of bread or cut it in bite size.
2. Setup Grate the carrot and the cabbage. Thinly slice the green onion and the Brie.
3. Marinate the cabbage Put the cabbage in a bowl with 1/4 cup of warm water, 1-2 tbsp of cider or wine vinegar, 1 tbsp of sugar and a pinch of salt. Let marinate.
4. Make the salad Mix the carrots with the cumin, sunflower seeds, green onion, a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.
5. Plate your dish Toast the bread to your liking. Garnish with the jam, red cabbage, Brie and prosciutto. Serve with the salad. You can also let the kids choose the garnishes for their sandwich. Bon appétit!
