1. Make the ricotta cheese mixture
Preheat the oven to 425 ° F. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, the chili flakes, to taste (caution! spicy) and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
2. Roll out the pizza dough
On a floured work surface. Roll out the pizza dough to make a large pizza or smaller individual pizzas.
3. Cook the pizza

4. Add the ricotta and put back in the oven

5. Plate your dish
Garnish the pizza with the prosciutto slices. Add the arugula and the parmesan shavings. Add a drizzle of the balsamic reduction. Bon appetit!
