Pork Meatball and Plum Sauce Sheetpan
with broccoli, bell pepper, cabbage, sesame seeds and green onion

1. Setup
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the broccoli into pieces. Cut the cabbage into strips. Chop the shallot. Cut the pepper into strips. Thinly slice the green onion. Grate the ginger.
2. Bake in the oven
In a bowl, mix the cabbage with the broccoli, the pepper, a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. Place on a sheet pan covered with baking paper. Bake everything in the oven for 10 minutes.
3. Cook the rice
Rinse the rice. Bring a pot of water with 310 2P | 430 3P ml of water to a boil. Pour in the rice, cover and cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes.
4. Prepare the meatballs
In a bowl, mix the ground pork with the shallot to taste, ginger, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Form 3-4 small meatballs per person. After step 2 is completed, place the meatballs on the baking sheet with the vegetables. Brush the meatballs with 1/3 of the plum sauceand cook everything in the oven for 15-17 minutes.
5. Plate your dish
Garnish the plate with the remaining plum sauce, sesame seeds and green onion. Serve with rice. Enjoy your food!
