1. Adjust the steps of the recipe for your children To respect the food preferences of our children, it's possible to adjust the recipe for them. Let the children stretch the dough with their hands and a little bit of flour. Plus, they will also get to garnish it with their favourite ingredients. With the arugula being a little strong, it's possible that they would prefer to leave it on the side.
2. Setup Preheat the oven to 425°F. Thinly slice the tomatoes, the bocconcini cheese and the basil.
3. Roll the dough Spread the flour on the kitchen counter. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin in order to get one large pizza or 2 2P | 3 3P small ones. Put on a sheet pan lined with baking paper.
4. Garnish the pizza Garnish the pizza with a drizzle of oil, the tomato slices, the bocconcini and the Grana Padano. Add salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 14-16 minutes or until colored.
5. Plate your dish Mix the arugula with a drizzle of oil, a drizzle of balsamic or cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Garnish the pizza with the arugula and basil. Serve. Serve each part of the meal family-style and let your children serve themselves. Bon appétit!
