Piri Piri Pork Meatballs

with sour cream and bell pepper rice

1. Set up Chop the pepper, shallot, celery and parsley.
2. Cook the rice Heat a drizzle of oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Cook the pepper, celery and spices for 2 minutes. Add the rice, salt and eppper and mix. Add the broth cube and 1.5 2P | 2 3P cups of water. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
3. Cook the meatballs Mix the pork with some of the shallot, salt and pepper. Make 3-4 meatballs per person. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
4. Plate your dish Place the meatballs with the rice, sour cream, Piri Piri sauce and garnish with parsley. Place everything in the center of the table and let everyone serve themselves. Bon appétit!
