1. Setup
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Thinly slice the broccoli into small pieces.
2. Roll the dough
Roll the dough with the flour to make a large pizza or smaller individual pizzas. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
3. Mix the broccoli
Mix the broccoli with the spices, a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.
4. Bake the pizza
Brush the pizza dough with the pesto. Garnish with the broccoli and mozzarella. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes.
5. Toast the pine nuts
Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Roast the nuts 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from the skillet.
6. Plate your dish
Serve the pizza and garnish with the arugula, a drizzle of oil and the pine nuts. Add pepper to taste. Bon appétit!
