Orange Rice and Beef Stir-Fry

with broccoli and bok choy

1. Cook the rice Rinse the rice. Bring 1.5 2P | 2 3P cups of water to a boil in a pot. Pour the rice, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes over low heat. Once cooked, place in a bowl or a plate to cool slightly.
2. Setup Chop the garlic, the ginger and the cilantro. Zest the orange and cut it in half. Cut the bok choy and the broccoli into chunks.
3. Make the sauce In a bowl, combine the orange zest, the orange juice, the soy sauce, the garlic, the ginger and the honey.
4. Cook the beef and the vegetables In a pan, over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the ground beef, break it into pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the broccoli and the bok choy and cook for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Assemble Return the beef to the pan, add the rice and mix well. Add the sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes.
6. Plate your dish Garnish the rice and beef stir-fry with the sesame seeds and the cilantro. Bon appétit!
