1. Setup Let the pizza dough sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes before using. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the sausages into 3 pieces.
2. Cook the sausages Warm up a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the sausages for 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes over low heat.
3. Roll the dough Roll the dough together with the flour until a large rectangle is obtained. Cut squares large enough to roll up the sausage pieces.
4. Wrap the sausages Place a piece of sausage in the center of the square of dough. Roll up then press to seal the dough. Repeat with each piece of sausage. Let your children develop their cooking skills by inviting them to help you with this step.
5. Bake in the oven Place the mini pogos on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Lightly brush the mini pogos with oil and garnish with the sesame seeds. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until browned.
6. Plate your dish Serve with the ketchup and the mustard. Bon appétit!
