with rice, feta and cucumber dill tzatziki

1. Cook the rice Rinse the rice. Bring a pot with 1.5 2P | 2 3P cups of water and the broth cube to a boil. Pour in the rice, cover and cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
2. Setup Cut the cucumbers into very small cubes. Cut the tomato into cubes. Chop the dill and the garlic. Thinly slice the onion.
3. Make the tzatziki Put the yogurt in a bowl with the dill, the garlic to taste, 1/3 of the cucumbers, the lemon juice (to taste) and 3-4 tbsp. of water. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
4. Cook the steak Mix the beef strips with the spices and a little lemon juice. Add salt and pepper. Warm up a drizzle of oil in a pan over high heat. Cook the strips for about 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and let rest for 1 minute.
5. Plate your dish Serve the rice in a bowl and garnish with the beef, the vegetables, the crumbled feta and the tzatziki. It is also possible to leave the garnishes in the center of the table and let everyone help themselves. Bon appétit!
