Maple Salmon Bowl

with cucumber and miso mayonnaise

1. Cook the rice In a pot, combine the rice with 1.5 2P | 2 3P cups of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cover. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
2. Setup Cut the cucumbers into cubes. Chop the green onions. Slice the radishes.
3. Make the sauce In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the miso paste and 15 2P | 20 3P ml of rice vinegar.
4. Cook the salmon In a pan on medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side. Toward the end of the cooking, add the maple syrup. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Plate your dish Serve the salmon on the rice. Garnish with the diced cucumbers, the radishes and the green onions. Add the sauce and garnish with sesame seeds. Otherwise, serve each part of the meal family-style and let your children make their own plate. Bon appetit!
