1. Setup
Preheat the oven to 425 ° F. Chop the garlic, the olives, the thyme and the rosemary. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Remove the stems from the green beans. Cut half the lemon into slices.
2. Put the sheet pan in the oven
Spread the green beans, the potatoes, the lemon slices and the chicken thighs on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
3. Make the feta and lemon mixture
In a bowl, combine the garlic, the olives, the rosemary, the thyme, the crumbled feta, the juice of half a lemon and a drizzle of olive oil
4. Plate your dish
