with quinoa and edamames

1. Cook the quinoa Rinse the quinoa. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Pour the quinoa and cook 14-15 minutes until tender. Drain. Once cooked, mix with the edamame.
2. Setup Chop the green onions, the garlic and the ginger. Thinly slice the cucumbers.
3. Make the beef mixture In a bowl, mix the beef with the soy sauce, the garlic, the ginger, the honey, the gochujang paste (Spicy, adjust according to individual tolerance) and half the sesame seeds.
4. Cook the beef In a pan over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the beef for 7-8 minutes.
5. Plate your dish Serve the beef in korean sauce with the edamame quinoa. Garnish with the green onions , the rest of the sesame seeds and the cucumbers. Bon appetit!
