Jackfruit Tacos

with BBQ sauce, rice and guacamole

1. Setup Thinly slice the radish. Put the radishes in water until it's time to use them. Chop the shallot. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
2. Cook the rice Bring a pot with 1 2P | 1.5 3P cups of water to a boil. Pour in the rice, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes over low heat. Add salt and pepper.
3. Prepare the Jackfruit Drain the Jackfruit and rinse it. Shred it apart with your hands.
4. Cook the Jackfruit Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the Jackfruit 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Add the BBQ sauce and 1/2 2P | 3/4 3P cup of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 12-14 minutes.
5. Plate your dish Heat the tortillas to make them more pliable. Garnish with the rice, Jackfruit and other garnishes. Otherwise, place all the items in the center of the table and let everyone garnish their taco. Bon appétit!
