1. Setup
Thinly slice the radish. Put the radishes in water until it's time to use them. Chop the shallot. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
2. Cook the rice
Bring a pot with 1 2P | 1.5 3P cups of water to a boil. Pour in the rice, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes over low heat. Add salt and pepper.
3. Prepare the Jackfruit
Drain the Jackfruit and rinse it. Shred it apart with your hands.
4. Cook the Jackfruit
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the Jackfruit 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Add the BBQ sauce and 1/2 2P | 3/4 3P cup of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 12-14 minutes.
5. Plate your dish
Heat the tortillas to make them more pliable. Garnish with the rice, Jackfruit and other garnishes.
