Hot Dog with Corn on the Cob

with ketchup, mustard and coleslaw

1. Cook the sausages Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the **sausages** for about __14-15 minutes__, turning them a few times until the center is cooked.
2. Cook the corn Shuck the **corn**. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. ##It's possible to cut the corn in half for kids.## Cook the corn __6-8 minutes__. Drain.
3. Setup Grate the **cabbage and carrot**. Thinly slice the **green onion**. Toss together with a drizzle of oil, **1-2 tbsp. of cider vinegar, 1 tbsp of sugar**, salt and pepper.
4. Plate your dish Garnish the **buns with the sausages**. Top with **mustard and ketchup**. Serve the **hot dogs with the corn, some butter to taste and the coleslaw**. Bon appétit!
