2. Setup
Preheat the oven to 400˚ F. Separate the lettuce leaves from the head. Cut the pitas into pieces. Peel and cut the carrots into strips. Grate the zucchini. Finely chop the garlic, artichokes and spinach.
3. Cook the dip
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, cheeses, garlic, spinach, zucchini and artichokes. Pour the mixture in a baking dish and cook in the oven for 15-18 minutes.
4. Grill the pitas
Place the pitas on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 5 minutes.
5. Plate your dish
Serve the dip with the carrots, the lettuce leaves and the pitas. Bon appétit!
