Hawaiian Jackfruit Pizza

with BBQ sauce, pineapple, bell pepper and green onion

1. Setup Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cut the pepper into small cubes. Thinly slice the green onion. Drain the pineapple.
2. Roll the dough Roll the pizza dough with the flour to the desired thickness. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. You can make one big pizza or smaller individual ones.
3. Prepare the Jackfruit Drain the Jackfruit and rinse it. Shred it apart with your hands.
4. Cook the Jackfruit Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the Jackfruit 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Add the BBQ sauce and 1/2 2P | 3/4 3P cup of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 10-12 minutes. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
5. Garnish the pizza Spread the jackfruit mixture on the pizza dough and add the peppers, pineapple to taste and cheese. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
6. Plate your dish Garnish the pizza with the green onions and serve. Bon appétit!
