Brioched Bread Hawaiian French Toast
with condensed milk, whipped cream, strawberries and coconut flakes

1. Setup
Trim the strawberries and cut them in halves or in quarters.
2. Make the french toasts mixture
In a bowl, mix half of the condensed milk, the eggs and 1 2P | 2 3P tbsp. of water.
3. Toast the coconut flakes
In a pan, over medium heat, roast the coconut flakes for 1-2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
4. Cook the french toasts
In a pan, over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp. of butter. Dip the bread slices in the french toast mix. Add to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
5. Make the whipped cream
In a bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Once whipped, add the rest of the condensed milk and mix well.
6. Plate your dish
Serve the french toast with the whipped cream and the strawberries. Garnish with the coconut flakes. Bon appétit!
