1. Cook the rice
Rinse the rice. Bring a pot with 1.5 2P | 2 3P cups of water and the broth cube to a boil. Pour in the rice, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes over low heat or until the rice is cooked and tender.
2. Setup
Chop the onion, nuts and mint. Grate the carrot. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
3. Cook the beef
Heat a large pan on medium-high. Roast the nuts 3-4 minutes until colored. Remove from the pan. Add a drizzle of oil and cook the onion and pepper for 3-4 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Add the carrot, beef and spices and cook 4-6 minutes.
4. Add the rice
Add green peas and cooked rice. Mix well and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
5. Plate your dish
Serve the rice and garnish with the yogurt, mint and nuts. Bon appétit!
