1. Setup
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Cut the radish into 4 pieces. Cut the carrot into sticks.
2. Make the sauce
Put the herbs, garlic to taste, yogurt, sour cream, the juice of half a lime and 2 2P | 3 3P tbsp. of water in a container. Reduce everything to a smooth sauce using a hand blender or a food processor. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Plate your dish
Serve the vegetables with the sauce. Bon appétit!
