Gnocchis Bolognese

with fresh basil and Grana Padano

1. Setup Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cut the carrots into small pieces. Chop the garlic and onion. Mince the basil.
2. Cook the beef Heat a drizzle of oil in a big pan over medium-high heat. Cook the beef for 4-5 minutes until well cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Add the vegetables Add the onion, carrots and garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the oregano, tomatoes, 1/2 2P | 3/4 3P cup of water and 1 tsp. of sugar. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Cook the gnocchis Cook the gnocchis for 1-2 minutes in the boiling water. Drain.
5. Add the gnocchis Add the gnocchis to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
6. Plate your dish Serve the gnocchis and garnish with the basil and the Grana Padano. Place everything in the centre of the table and let everyone serve themselves. Bon appétit!
