1. Cook the rice
Rinse the rice. Bring 1.5 2P | 2 3P cups of water to a boil in a pot. Add the rice, cover and cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes.
2. Setup
Mince the bok choy and basil. Chop the garlic and ginger. Cut the pepper into thin strips. Put the garlic, honey, sauce and ginger in a bowl and mix. Add 3 2P | 4 3P tbsp. of water.
3. Cook the vegetables
Add a drizzle of oil to a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the pepper 3-4 minutes. Add the bok choy and cook 2 minutes.
4. Cook the meat
Add the beef strips and sauce to the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Plate your dish
Serve the steak strips and vegetables on the rice and garnish with the basil.
