2. Setup
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Shred the brussel sprouts, chop the garlic, the apple and the red onion.
3. Cook the pasta
Cook the pasta for about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta cooking water and drain.
4. Cook the ingredients
In a frying pan, heat a drizzle of oil. Add the brussel sprouts, the garlic, the apple, the onion, the nuts and the cranberries. Season. Cook for about 10 minutes until soft.
5. Plate your dish
Add the pasta, the pasta cooking water and the cheese to the pan. Toss well to coat the pasta. Check the seasoning and serve. Bon appetit!
