1. Setup
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Thinly slice the zucchini into half rounds and the peppers into thin strips. Thinly slice the radishes. Chop the herbs. Put the radish in a bowl of water to make it crunchy.
2. Cook the veggies
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan on medium-high. Cook the zucchini and bell pepper 4-5 minutes. Salt and pepper. Add the spinach and half of the herbs and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Prepare the pizza
Place the naan breads on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Garnish with the mozzarella and vegetables. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
4. Plate your dish
Serve the pizzas and garnish with the crumbled feta, radish, remaining herbs and chili flakes to taste. Add a drizzle of oil to taste. Bon appétit!
