2. Setup Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the edamames for 4-5 minutes. Drain and rinse the lentils. Thinly slice the cucumbers and the pepper(s). Chop the cilantro. Cut the carrot(s) into thin sticks.
3. Plate your dish Serve the vegetables with the edamames, the lentils and the fried onions and garnish with the guacamole, the wafu sauce and the cilantro. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bon appétit!
