Crispy Piri Piri Sauce Cauliflower Tacos

with cabbage, sour cream, radish and cilantro

1. Setup Cut the cauliflower into medium sized pieces. Thinly slice the cabbage and the radish. Chop the cilantro. Put the radish in a small bowl of water to have fresh and crunchy radishes. Cut the lime into wedges.
2. Cook the cauliflower Put the cauliflower in a bowl and mix with the cornstarch, salt and pepper. Heat a generous drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the cauliflower pieces 6-8 minutes until browned. Add 1 2P | 2 3P tbsp of Piri Piri sauce and cook for 1 minute. Remove from the pan.
3. Make the salad Mix the cabbage with the cilantro, 1 to 2 tbsp of wine or cider vinegar, 1 tbsp of sugar, a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.
4. Plate your dish Heat the tortillas for a few seconds in the microwave. Garnish with the cabbage, cauliflower, sour cream, radishes, the lime and the remaining Piri Piri sauce. Otherwise, place everything in the center of the table and let everyone garnish their own taco. Bon appétit!
