1. Setup
Peel the orange and the kiwi. Cut into pieces. Rinse the grapes.
2. Make the french toast batter
Mix the egg with the milk, the brown sugar mix and a pinch of salt.
3. Make the salad
Mix the fruits with the jam to make a salad.
4. Cook the french toast
Put the panko on a plate. Dip the slices of bread in the egg mixture then coat with the panko. Heat a drizzle of oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Bake the slices of bread for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the panko is golden and crispy.
5. Plate your dish
Serve the french toast with maple syrup and the fruit salad. Bon appétit!
