Crispy Cauliflower Sheet Pan with Teriyaki Sauce

1. Setup
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into medium sized pieces. Slice the carrots into rounds diagonally. Cut the pepper into cubes. Thinly slice the green onion.
2. Bread the cauliflower
Put the eggs in a bowl and mix. Put the panko with the spices in a bowl. Season the panko with salt and pepper. Pat the cauliflower dry. Dip the pieces of cauliflower in the egg then coat with a thin layer of panko. Place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
3. Bake in the oven
Place the broccoli, bell pepper and carrot in a bowl. Season with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. Add to the pan with cauliflower. Bake the vegetables in the oven for 16-18 minutes until colored.
4. Plate your dish
Place the teriyaki sauce in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat 4-6 minutes to warm through. Serve the vegetables and garnish with the sauce, sesame seeds, fried onions and green onion. Bon appétit!
