1. Cook the pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta in the water 8-10 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
2. Setup
Cut the celery, cucumber, bell pepper and pickles into small cubes. Chop the herbs and shallot.
3. Make the sauce
In a bowl, combine the sauce mix with the spices, a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.
4. Plate your dish
When the pasta is cooked, place in a large bowl with the vegetables, sauce and cheddar cheese to taste. Mix and adjust seasoning to taste. Serve.
