1. Setup
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Chop the onion. Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Cut the chicken into cubes. Tear the bread into small pieces then put in a bowl with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.
2. Cook the chicken
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken, onion, spices and broccoli 4-5 minutes, or until the chicken is colored. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Add the cream
Add the flour, mix and cook 1 minute. Add the cream and 1/4 cup of water and cook 1 minute . Remove from the heat.
4. Bake in the oven
Transfer everything to a baking dish. Top with the pieces of bread and the cheese. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes.
5. Plate your dish
Serve in a plate. Bon appétit!
