Chicken Bites with Hummus

and feta, pita with a cucumber radish salsa

1. Setup Cut the cucumbers and tomato into small cubes. Mince the radishes. Remove the oregano leaves from the branch and chop them. Beware of cross-contamination. Cut the chicken into cubes.
2. Cook the chicken Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add salt and pepper to the chicken. Cook the cubes for 5-8 minutes until they are cooked through.
3. Make the salad In the meantime, mix the cucumbers with the radishes, tomato, oregano, a drizzle of oil, some lemon juice (to taste), salt and pepper.
4. Plate your dish Serve the chicken with the hummus, salad and the pita bread. Garnish with the crumbled feta and some lemon juice (to taste). It is possible to leave everything in the center of the table like a salad bar and let everyone help themselves. Bon appétit!
