Chicken and Tzatziki Salad Bowl
with pita bread, feta cheese, romaine lettuce and cucumbers

1. Setup
Chop the garlic and the dill. Zest the lemon and cut it in half. Grate a cucumber and slice the rest. Cut the lettuce into thin strips.
2. Marinate the chicken
In a bowl, combine half of the garlic, the juice of half a lemon, the spice mix and a drizzle of olive oil. Add the chicken, salt, pepper and mix well. Allow to marinate until ready to cook.
3. Make the tzatziki
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, the rest of the garlic, the lemon zest, the dill, the grated cucumber and the juice of half a lemon.
4. Cook the chicken
In a pan over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the chicken and cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until it's cooked through. Once cooked, cut it into pieces, return to the pan and cook another 1 minute.
5. Plate your dish
Serve the chicken with the lettuce, the pitas and the cucumbers. Garnish with the tzatziki and the crumbled feta cheese. Bon appétit!
