Cheeseburger Style Pizza

with ground beef, tomato, mozzarella, pickle, thousand island dressing and mustard

1. Setup Preheat the oven to 425°F. Thinly slice the lettuce and tomato. Chop the onion. Cut the pickle into thin slices or small cubes.
2. Cook the beef Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the beef and cook 3-5 minutes until browned. Add salt and pepper. Remove from the skillet and drain the beef as needed.
3. Roll the pizza dough Roll the pizza dough with the flour to the desired thickness. Make one big pizza or smaller individual ones, to your preference. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
4. Garnish the pizza Garnish the pizza dough with the beef, half the onion and the mozzarella. Lightly brush the edge of the dough with oil and add the sesame seeds. Bake the pizza in the oven for 14-18 minutes or until browned.
5. Plate your dish Serve the pizza and garnish with the tomato, lettuce, pickle, remaining onion, thousand island sauce and mustard. It is also possible to leave the garnishes in the center of the table and let everyone help themselves. Bon appétit!
