Ceasar Tortellini Salad

with bacon, spinach and Grana Padano

1. Cook the bacon Preheat the oven to 400 °F. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Spread the bacon slices on a baking sheet. Cook in the oven for 12-15 minutes
2. Cook the pasta Once the water is boiling, add the tortellini. Cook for 4-6 minutes. Drain. Rinse for a few seconds under cold water.
3. Setup Chop the garlic. Cut the lemon in half. Finally cut the spinach. Once the bacon is cooked, cut into pieces.
4. Make the sauce In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, the garlic, the Grana Padano cheese, the anchovy paste and the lemon juice. Mix well and add a generous quantity of black pepper.
5. Assemble Once the tortellini have slightly cooled down, add the bacon, the spinach and the sauce. Mix well.
6. Plate your dish Serve the tortellini saladIt's possible to let the children choose their portion. Bon appétit!
